“Orange” you glad you aren’t remodeling a bathroom AND painting your basement before Christmas????????????? Plus…. my oldest child turns 8 tomorrow!

You want me to blog about Christmas…. but I am delirious and living on coffee.
I need a good ORANGE color for our basement. This is the area our kids play in and where company will stay when visiting over Christmas.
I know I am supposed to be a paid professional. But it’s hard to pick colors in your own home! I am envisioning “Starbucks” orange… (warm, rustic, rich….)
… not “Detour Sign” orange which is what I am getting (scary, warning, neon).
And yes, I have gone to the Starbucks by my house. That one doesn’t have orange walls. And I have called Sherwin Williams who says that Starbucks has over 200 paint colors in their stores… none of which are even Sherwin Williams colors. Wow! Does Starbucks have their own color deck or something? Maybe they will start selling coffee and a quart of paint at the same time. I’d be in heaven!!!!

All are too bright!!!
Any orange fans out there? Please help! Only 11 days til Christmas company gets here…. tick.tock. tick.tock.
